Ginny O'Brien is a fantastic realtor, she was informative and educative about the home buying process and what to look for during a showing. She was also very patient in finding me the right home (I looked at probably a dozen houses and had to put in multiple offers before I finally had one accepted). Any outside services she recommended were trustworthy (attorney, mortgage broker, home inspector, etc). All in all, Ginny works on your behalf with the utmost professionalism and will help find you the right home, whether it be a fixer upper, a starter home or a forever home!

Ginny O’Brien went above and beyond to help in the sale of my mother’s home. I was the Executor of my mother’s Estate, living four hundred miles away. I needed to do some repairs and Ginny not only referred me to reputable trades people, she took time out of her day to meet them at the house because I could not travel to Albany every week. I also had a tenant and Ginny volunteered to help her find a another place to live. She was with me every step of the way and was just delightful and supportive through a difficult process.
